Jennifer Rumbach lives and works as a freelancing photographer and artist in NRW/Germany. Since many years now her passionate work is dedicated to instant picture material. The Polaroids of her photo reportage „Ausrangiert, ausgestorben, auferstanden“ (part of the famous Impossible project) were published in art-Magazin.
As a result of that in early 2010 she became part of the shortlist of the prestigious Henri Nannen Prize.
On top of this Jennifer Rumbach is as a test photographer at the Impossible Project responsible for the field tests of the new film-material. Beyond that she is a member of the Impossible Collection, which was created referring to the Polaroid Collection. In early 2011 she is going to publish a Polaroid coffee table book in association with a group (www.polacommune.net) of 5 other photographers.…
