We strive to promote creative photographers of all styles, themes and techniques. We do this by featuring one of the artist’s photographic projects, series, books or whatever you might want to call a series of photos linked together in a thematic. Some authors are defined with their technique, and some are completely flexible, enabling us to have freedom in apparent restrictions to make our magazine recognizable, clear and pleasing to the eye.
We want to emphasize how special each selected project is because of our diverse editorial staff. The editor has a certain freedom in the choice of the author, which gives hers/his stamp to each piece of BLUR. In addition to the occasional changes of editorial structure, which always keeps BLUR fresh and contemporary, we are also flexible when it comes to the introduction of entirely new columns and the retirements of the old ones, which you will notice by browsing through our archive. As with the rest of the BLUR philosophy, the only way to maintain a high level of quality is to keep changing to better understand photography itself.
Submit your project
If you’d like to be featured in BLUR magazine with one of your projects, you can submit up to 20 of your best photos in the series. If that’s not enough because of the specifics of your project and you have more photos you want us to look at, share your project via Dropbox, Google Drive or any other service via the Project URL field in the form below.
